Software Maintenance
The Clavister Software Maintenance Service assures you that you always have access to the latest software updates for your product. This includes both major, minor and maintenance releases. With an active Clavister Software Maintenance Service agreement you have full access to the Downloads section where you can download new software releases.
Product Lifecycle
Clavister will provide updates to the latest major version and the previous two major versions of Clavister CorePlus. The table below shows the supported Clavister products and versions.
NOTE: All previous Clavister CorePlus releases prior to Clavister CorePlus 8.60 are unsupported and not available for download. Please contact your local Clavister Sales Representative for information about how to upgrade.
License Management
The easiest way to take control over your licenses is to visit the License Center. Here you have a complete overview of all your registered licenses and services. You can also register new licenses.
If you are running an unsupported version of a Clavister product, please contact your local Clavister Sales Representative to purchase Clavister Software Maintenance Service for your product.
Free Subscription
Included with every new Clavister product purchase is a 90 day free Clavister Software Maintenance Service. The free subscription period starts when the product is registered or 90 days following shipment from Clavister. After the free subscription period you can choose to extend your subscription by purchasing the Clavister Software Maintenance Service.
