Our complementary services come in a number of convenient bundles. Each Service Bundle consists of Software Maintenance, Technical Support and if you have a physical Clavister Security Gateway, the bundle can also include Hardware Services. Choose the Service Bundles that fit your need and budget.
Clavister Software Maintenance ensures you that you have access to the latest software for your Clavister products.
We provide our customers with two options for technical support. Choose between Standard Technical Support and Premium Technical Support depending on your needs.
All physical Clavister Security Gateway products include our Standard Hardware Warranty Service. If you need even faster delivery of replacement hardware or spare parts, you can select a Service Bundle which includes the Clavister Hardware Replacement Service.
